verizon goofed in my favor

Recently I decided to switch to venison Americas choice from my old plan so I called them and did the switch, but after an hour decided it was bad decision and switched back to my plan, everything is normal right, well here is where it gets interesting. I got postcard in the mail that said congratulation on signing up for 2 year contract with venison, so I called them to find out when my contract was ending, and they said 2006, when I called them in beginning I was still under 1 year contract. So I told them it was mistake, guy put me on hold for a minute and then came back and agreed and promised to fix it. Called to day to make sure it was fixed was told my contract ends this year. So basically the guy rolled back the contract 2 years instead of 1 and I will be out of contract soon
