I recently got the "In Messaging" on June. When I got the bill it was prorated, which I do understand, because it was in the middle of the month when I got it. My current bill now, it shows that I dont have unlmited messaging, and verizon charged me per message/ pix rate, which it should of have been unlimited from the previous bill. I called customer service and I told them the situation, and they told me it wasn't on the current bill, and the customer service rep told me u should of have have unlimited messaging. They charged me $7.57, for all the txt and pix messaging I did, which it should of been unlimited. All the messaging I do it goes directly to another verizon wireless customer. My friend has the samething, and we added the IN messaging at the sametime, and it shows unlimited messaging for the current bill. Did anyone happen to them before, which ur current IN messaging wasn't on ur bill? I have the 5.00 a month unlmited messaging. When I did call customer service they gave me a credit of 2.57 which will appear in my next billing cycle. If anyone was in this situation plz post it and reply back thanks

I have not heard of this happening. At least they gave you the credit w/o any trouble.
