Does the parts of our calling plan that I put in bold mean that Verizon did indeed cancel our VCAST like I asked them to? The CS rep. said they did. What does everyone else think about the following part? Thanks in advance for anyone's help. Quote:

Well I guess if they can't make it effective until your next billing cycle...I wonder why? Call back in and have someone make sure it's off your account, how about that |
