Question VCAST Cancellation? Does This Mean That Verizon Canceled Our VCAST?

Does the parts of our calling plan that I put in bold mean that Verizon did indeed cancel our VCAST like I asked them to? The CS rep. said they did.

What does everyone else think about the following part?

Thanks in advance for anyone's help.

We cancelled our VCAST on March 2.

The rep. said that it won't become effective until our billing cycle ends.

Well I guess if they can't make it effective until your next billing cycle...I wonder why?
Call back in and have someone make sure it's off your account, how about that

That is what I was going to do just to make sure.

Thanks for your help Andy.
