I am looking to get an in-home wireless repeater system and would like to know what frequency spectrum VZW uses in my area. I am in Rockland County, just northwest of NYC, just north of NJ border. I can get a dual-band repeater, but if VZW doesn't use 1900 in my area, I don't want to waste my money. Does anyone know which frequency range they use in this area? Any other suggestions are welcome. |

Verizon uses 850 and 1900 CDMA in the NYC area.
