39.99 unlimited verizon reseller?

i purchased an lg voyager on ebay because the verizon service was always the best in my area and wanted to stay away from the 2 yr. contract to get the phone, the seller recomended a site that sells the verizon service w/ unlimited talk and texting for $39.99 a month and no contracts!
my question is if it is real why dont i see it plastered all over this or any other forum and why is anyone using verizon if their reseller has a better deal?
the site is Talk Away.net if any one has used them or can tell me if this is an actual deal that would be great!

I don't know if that is what I am thinking about but I do know that there is a startup by Tracfone that uses the Verizon network. However you will most likely have to use their phones. This could be what I am thinking about or something new. I don't know. I know that Verizon has a no commitment pricing on their phones. Maybe you can activate it at a Verizon store if you don't want to waste the money from the phone.

I have never heard of that reseller, but at HowardForums there is a lot of discussion on PagePlus, which has the same unlimited talk/text and 20 mb data on Verizon, for that price (see PagePlus, in the US Prepaid section).

Their website is very basic. It looks like you can buy a refurbed phone from them or use your own Verizon phone. I couldn't find any terms of service, but the map had a lot of roaming areas on it. I couldn't find anything that did or didn't say that it was only unlimited where "they" have native coverage.
