Old NA Choice vs Nationwide + Mexico

I am trying to compare the old plan versus the new one. I can't find the difference. I am considering switching to the new one to get the 10 friends free plan, but am wondering if should I keep my NA Choice Plan rather than switch to Nationwide + Mexico?
My current plan only says Domestic Roam rate included, is the new plan is only domestic and I will pay more when in MEX for roaming.
Is there additional charges with the new plan?
Well, I'm confused, it looks like the same plan to me. When I asked at VZ, no one is familiar with the OLD plan.
The only difference I see is the termination if less than half your calls are from USA.
What am I missing?
