Verizon finally unlocked the GPS on WinMo phones (ie: omnia, saga and the touch pro) that they promised that they would earlier in the year. LBS includes GPS and tower ID which i tested with Google Maps. Bing still has problems properly locating me without the help of GPS (ie Bing has trouble reading tower data). I haven't really noticed any aGPS help as the satellite lock still takes longer then i would have liked. I also have not been able to find a way to turn on XTRA.... Google still doesn't read location data on WM like it does for the iphone: Official Google Mobile Blog: Search with My Location for iPhone 3.0. And All that Jazz
