Default voyager issue

not sure if this is a problem that can be fixed online but this place has yet to fail me...
so i've had this vx10000 all summe and this is the first time it's given me trouble... for some reason, it wont make sound anymore. i cant make phone calls, i cant listen to music, i can't hear audio on anything EXCEPT when the splash screens come up for turning it on and off. i think i had a similar issue on my vx9800 but for that i just pulled the battery out and when i turned it back on everything was fine. this time however, nothing. i tried putting in a set of headphones i have for my phone and the audio works fine but take them.out and we get silence.

suggestions?

Default Re: voyager issue

instead of leaving this thread hanging i'll try to give it as much closure as i can...

i just started using this generic brand travel charger... i think it screwed with my charger port or did something to it. i dont really understand why but i found that when inserting it and pointing it in different directions and pulling it out the charger sends signals to the phone. i would open a menu and play witht the charger only for it to go left and select the music application and put on some tunes haha... sometimes it makes phone calls to my different speed dials - weird! so anyway, i found that by angeling the charger up and pulling it out halfway, it messed with some setting that turns on and off the part of the software that makes it think there's a headset inserted. just my weird luck...
