As I broke my early LGVX6100 a week ago (earlier post - twisted) I did buy the VX8350. So far it is a good choice. Reception is very good even in places where the 6100 would die. Charge time and 'battery' time seem very decent. Took me about 45 minutes or less to get a full charge from the 'warning' note. Speaker - very loud (loud enough to get 'feedback squeal) and DO have some ??s I use an earbud... can anyone recommend a compatible earbud 'with' volume control? Is there ANY way to keep the 'speaker' always on? I generally use vibrate mode in office, meetings etc... but then while driving I like the 'speaker' to be always on so that when I receive a call I DO NOT have to press the small 'speaker' button. Any way to do that? I note that there is NO voice training... or am I incorrect and just haven't found it? Lastly, I would like some ringtones but want 'instrumentals' only - I haven't found a way (for instance, at the Verizon store) to isolate just instrumentals - anyone help me with that? Many thanks. |
