Me and my mom want to switch our verizon phones. We are on the same plan but don't know how to switch our numbers between phones. I have a Motorolla Slvr and she has an LG.

Should be able to call CS at *611 and they can help you switch the numbers..Atleast they've always helped me!!

If you manage your account online, you can use the Activate Equipment feature to do it yourself for free. If you call, or have it done in a store, you will be charged a fee.
