"Message Undeliverable" when texting on the website

I text my friend a lot (twice a day sometimes) from the Verizon Wireless website. All of the sudden I am getting a lot of "Message is undeliverable" errors when I check to see if it was delivered. Sometimes it happens immediately, and sometimes it happens almost a day later, and some of them go through (but not most of them recently).

I have googled it and I find NOTHING and nothing on here. I don't know why I am the only one with the problem or the site isn't used much.

Any help is appreciated.

I guess no one has had this problem. I kind of figured it was his phone because it was ancient and falling apart lol. It *finally* broke, and he got a new one, and I have no more problems.
