|  vcast music and krzr k1m problems
i'm having trouble trying to get music from my cd's onto my krzr. i have the music package from verizon, but when i plug in my krzr to the pc, i constantly get a message saying that drivers are missing. both the download from the verizon website as well as the cd that came with the verizon music package claim to install drivers for both the phone and necessary usb drivers. but i still can't get my phone recognized. can anyone help??!!!!  |
