Images: 130 | Personally I do not think it's an iPhone killer, but the phone definitely is growing on me more and more. We will have to meet up again so you can see it in person.

| Like I said I didn't really get a huge peak at it. I haven't been to a verizon stand in a while to look at all the new phones. The last time I went was to try to get a look at the V9m. This time I went to look at the Juke, and to see if their v3m had the new firmware. Right when I got to Voyager my Dad called me to get my brother to the car. From what I saw it was decent, and when I go there next time I'll go to Voyager first. I pretty much looked through the UI while the phone was flipped open, I'm not used to the QWERTY way of navigation, so it took me a while to find some stuff XD The outer touch screen was pretty cool, but I THINK the phone locks when you like open and close it. All you have to do is touch the lock button to unlock it. Just like the V9Ms touch screen you get the vibration feedback, in fact it feels JUST like the V9ms vibration feedback. Thats pretty much all I got to do. |

Phone is nice, but I heard that a vcast plan/ subscription is required. Can anyone confirm this? Phone is priced too high anyway.

Yes, unless you get a plan that includes it.

so it still costs more than a regular plan. my wife wants this phone to replace her dying V. If instead of getting a new phone we called our insurance (assurion) because the buttons are worn, and the phone buzzes, etc. will they replace it with another v or an enV. She doesn't like the enV.

Images: 130 | You don't need a Premium Plan or any VCast add on or anything to have this phone. All you need is to be on ANY Nationwide Calling Plan.

what is different about the nationwide as opposed to america's choice. I see absolutely no difference.

It is my understanding that the only major difference between these two calling plans, is the inclusion of the mobile web on all of Verizon's "Nation Wide" plans with a $1.99/MB charge. | |

| I thought so too Andy, because Verizon includes the mobile web on all of their new NationWide plans, that this would be the only stipulation to getting the new Voyager. However, the sales rep. at the corporate store that I went to, told me that she couldn't activate this phone for me unless I signed up on a Premium Plan, because of it's real HTML web browser.

This phone is amazing!! I have ZERO complaints on this device. I have the $15 Vcast pack and compared the web speed to a new Verizon Blackberry Pearl and my phone was about one second faster than the blackberry. Thats when I knew I made the right choice with this phone.
