I purchased the xv6700 in July 2006. I had the device replaced 3 times in the last year. The PDA frequently freezes up. When in locked mode I cannot answer phone. I have to frequently re set password for outlook email. I use soft re-set every day to unfreeze my device. To obtain another phone I have to pay $50.00. Has anyone else encountered the same problems? This is a great phone when it works. I thought the third time would be successful but after one month the same problems. I have 7 months left on my contract. Any ideas?
