The shiny VX8700, Good phone or not?

I recently got so fed up with my Vc3m Razor I bought a new phone from Verizon. The LG VX 8700. It really is a nice phone and it's not all crippled like the Razor was.
Out of the box useing Bitpim, I was able to send ringtones to it with no problems. I was told that mp3, or midi would not work as ringtones in this phone but guess what they play just fine in mine.
It's sleek design and metal finnishes are very nice. It feels good in my hand and it has crystal clear voice modulation better than any phone I have ever had. The Music player synced up flawlessly with Media Player and the Headphones I got with the Media pack are really surprising being factory out of the box Headphones from Verizon.
It came with a clamshell holster that I dont particularly like that much, but I cant bring myself to put such a nice looking phone in a leather case.
So I give this phone a ten, and the reason I do is because the Razor was getting to be about a negative six.
I think this phone will be a star for Verizon, the techs told me they all call it the Mac Daddy Phone, I dont know why unless they are trying to attatch a male oreintation to it.
Anyway, good phone I like it. And for once in a long time, I am happy with my phone from Verizon.
