While it's not perfect ... VZW has their own version of a "street level" coverage map now ...: (link Originally posted by BillRadio on HoFo): http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/C...ype=NEWREQUEST

I should clarify that it's a new map tool, but its the same old map. A new more detailed map is badly needed. Zooming in on solid yellow 7 more levels is not very useful. |

Yes, it needs at least another signal strength "level" of Yellow coverage indicator in the VZW zones ... Right now it only shows VZW vs Extended Vs No service areas...

| I would like to see it changed to the way that TMobile has theirs set up with the signal strength bars of service. Not that TMobiles is by any means the best map either, but I find it to be allot easier to view and determine what coverage is going to be like than looking at shaded colors to display coverage.

Yeah, Verizon's street level map pretty much sucks. All they did was make it zoom in on the yellow. It definitely needs to be like SprintNextel's, Cingular's, and T-Mobile's. Theirs are so much more acurate than Verizon's. There are many areas in the solid yellow that have no service at all or very limited. I hope they do something about this soon!
