|  Back-up Assistant driving me nuts!!
I finally deleted it tonight. I have it set on "Do not Sync," and everyday I get a text message alert and the phone starts backing up. I have been woken up at 4am. I'd be irked if the BA doesn't work appropriately! But for me, the thing works for me. I have mine set to sync late at night without notice. I do wish that the BA could be set not to update immediately upon logout though. At least this thing is free
