Default Verizon Web Billing

How are minutes counted for billing purposes when using the web browser. All minutes that the Browser is open, or only when sending and receiving data?

Thanks,

Lloyd

As far as I know, as long as the phone is sending or receiving data airtime is being used... I have plenty of 1 minute charges at the same time.

In the fine print I find that you are charged airtime "whenever you launch the browser... Charges will cease when you press 'END.'"

But that doesn't sound like 1 minute charges.

In my experiences, my phone would intermittently transmit data while the browser is open and this has resulted in numerous 1 or more minute charges in a session. Glad you found something concrete that answers your question.

Right... Text messaging is the only thing that doesn't use airtime. Even failed video and pix messages get billed airtime.
