Hi Everyone. I have a Verizon Razr v3m, I live in the thumb of michigan, and I know that Thumb cellular has great service out here. I was wondering, If i was able to get a hold of there PRL could I just put it on my phone? That way my phone would prefer one of there towers, because I live on the border of a Verizon service area, and I can use my phone if I roam, but otherwise I just get a no bar verizon signal that I can't use. How would I go about getting the PRL from thumb cellular? My aunt and my uncle both have thumb cellular, My aunt has an LG and my uncle has a Nokia, they both have data cables, so is there anyway I can just pull the PRL off of there phones, cause I know I can do that with my phone. If I could get a copy of there prl off of there phones, what programs would I need to use to get it off? Would PST work? What programs would I need for an LG or a Nokia?

Any help is appreciated

What would help is set NAM2 on your phone to System ID (SID) 01350

SID 01350 is Thumb Cellular's network

When you head down towards Detroit, make sure you turn off NAM2.

Hi, Umm. Last time I went into Bay City, I forgot to put my phone back into nam1, so when I tried to call someone it went, welcome to Verizon Wireless, We're sorry, but your phone failed authentication. Why did that happen? I ended up getting the Thumb Cellular PRL, but I was wondering, will it still do that with this PRL on there? Thanks for any/all help!
