Does Verizon disable this feature?

I cannot get the personalized ringtone feature (where it uses a different ringtone depending on who calls) to work on my a930 no matter what I do. I have all of the settings correct according to the manual. I even tried just using the crappy default ringtones that came with the phone and they didn't work either, though it doesn't make sense that it would allow me to choose my MP3s that I downloaded as an option if it's not going to let me use them... Anyone else have this problem?

I have had this phone for 3 months and I never had this issue. I dont know what to suggest? Maybe resetting the phone might help.
