I recently purchased a VX8500 "chocolate" with the music essentials kit. The problem is that I can't get my computer to recognize my phone when I hook up with the USB cable. Is it a problem with the drivers? I have tried asking my local carrier, as well as sent off many emails to verizon wireless support staff. It's a fairly new phone, but I hope there is someone here who can help. I also am locked out from formatting my memory card by a password. What is up wit this?
