my grandson ruined his phone, so he is using an older lg phone that we were not using. We changed it to his number (his contract is not up til Dec.) he says it is on silece all, and he doesn't know how to remove it. We no longer have any info on the phone, is probably 2 yrs. old. any help would be appreciated. |

If it's an LG VX4400 press the bottom side button on the left of the phone that activates the light on the LCD screen, and hold it down a couple seconds until you feel it vibrate and then keep pushing it until it says normal mode on the front LCD screen.
