| Ive been struggling ever since I got this new phone today trying to figure out how I wouldnt have to pay an arm and a leg for these damn ringtones. Somehow, I got a website to text me a snippet of a song I wanted to use as a ring tone. Now, the song is saved as a sound on my phone and there doesnt seem to be any way to get it in the ringtone section. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF THE EASIEST WAY TO CREATE YOUR OWN RINGTONES WITH THIS PHONE? the LG 8100? seems that they've tried to make it quite difficult to do so. But im unsure what format the song needs to be. or even how to send it to myself. If someone could help me with the easiest way to do this, it would be great. I lost about 15 ringtones Id accumulated over the last 2 years. And dammit, I cant pay all that again. besides, they were all polyphonic and I want REAL tones made myself. (even though its probably illegal or something) H E L P!!!!! |

phone can play .mid, .qcp, and I'm sure .mp3 Can use a usb data cable. If your computer has a bluetooth adapter, can use bluetooth to transfer datato/from phone instead of cable. |
