|  Trouble Ticket for Texts
So I'm having this problem with txt messaging. I can recieve them just 2 or 3 seconds after someone sends them to me, but no one ever recieves my replies. I called and the rep tells me to do a PRL update (grrrr...), turn the phone off then try it again. Did that, no dice. So I call back and they say they'll open a trouble ticket. I just said Ok thanks and we hang up. So what exactly is a trouble ticket? This is the first time Ive had something arise that I needed to call CS. Is this just something they say to blow me off or will something really get done. Suggestions? Thanks!
