I subscribe to Treocentral.com, & am aware of the imminent release of the Treo 650. I also know that Sprint is very likely the first & only CDMA carrier to carry it till next year. Do any VZW Gurus here have any more scoop on if & when we can get our hot littles hands on one of these bad boys??? Also, pricing info might be good too. Thanks guys!!! |

Sprint's usually quick to jump on new products from Pa1mOne, so I'm not surprised that they're already confirmed. VZW, on the other hand, seems to enjoy playing a wait-and-see game, even before they start their lengthy 'testing' process. Hopefully, VZW will decide that the Treo 650 is close enough to the 600 that it doesn't need 18 months of testing...and hopefully they won't disable any bluetooth functionality. But knowing VZW, it'll be a while yet. Incidentally, TreoCentral's a great site. Back when I still owned a Visor Prism, I used to be very active on their sister site, VisorCentral.

Knowing Verizon, they'll release the Treo650 shortly before the next Treo upgrade comes out. Let's hope they don't stick to this plan.....
