After over a year after the PCS auction has ended, Vista PCS recieves its licenses. That means Verizon Wireless could build in Oklahoma City if they wish.

Thanks for the link. With those PCS C1 (15 MHz), and C3 & C4 (10 MHz) licenses, they're on their way.
