Vzw Cell Tower

I don't know what forum to post this to, this one or the cell tower hunters. but here goes. I live near Camden, OH and for a long time we have had poor signal for VZW. I recently went to a site called www.cellreception.com/towers/details.php?id=1245625 and located a VZW tower near Camden (1570 Camden-College Corner Rd.) , but there is no tower there. Was told that one will be build there in the future by a Verizon Agent in Eaton, OH. I tried calling VZW's tower division New Par and never reached anyone. Does anyone out there know of someont to e-mail or call about this . Maybe I will post it in both forums. Tried calling the number but the person was not there. Would just like to know when they are going to starting building and when they are going to turn it on.
