|  VCAST Music Problem
I got a text from Verizon today saying there was an update for VCAST videos. The text gave me instructions on how to download it from Get It Now, which I did. Ever since, my VCAST music has been messed up. I can't access the VCAST Music application from my phone or play my MP3's. Whenever I try to launch the VCAST Music application, I get a solid red screen and nothing else happens. It was working flawlessly before. Called Tech Support but there was a 10 minute wait. Just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem and if they know how to fix it.  |
