On my Verizon's detailed billing statements, incoming calls don't show the number the call came from. Is this true for everyone? Thanks for your help.

I seem to recall a recent Verizon bill message/insert saying they were going to begin showing the incoming # on the detailed billing. I'm not sure if it's currently rolling out, or entirely out nationwide. My Nov statement did not show them, and I'm waiting for the Dec statement to be produced.

My bill has shown them for a few months now. As a matter of fact, it's funny, it started mid-month.

It should now show the numbers of incoming calls. If it doens't on your most recent statement, the next one should show it.

If you log into 'My Account' on Verizon there's a little thing to the left that even says that incoming numbers are now shown on the bill.

I just realized that Sprint does not show incoming call nos. on their bill either. So I guess the moral of the story is that with all the complaining about Cingular that I have done ever since, I am glad that they do this one thing right...

I used to have Sprint for like 2 years and never noticed... T-Mobile has always shown incoming call nos. though to their credit. |

Yes, it started a couple of months ago in some areas. If you are in the extended network however, it may show as "Unknown" when you look at your bill.

I haven't had extended not show up. BTW, if you call customer service now in order to get recent call details, they can tell you the incoming area code/exchange, but not actual number until the bill is printed.

Why can't they give you the whole number before the bill is printed? | |

They have never been shown in my market. However, if I traveled to another market farther west, like L.A., all incoming call numbers DID show on my bills whether they were from L.A. or from my home market. So, my account is more detailed when I'M away from home.
