Default Received the VZW/V710 Class Action Lawsuit Paperwork

Received the legal mumbo-jumbo regarding the "Class Action Lawsuit" over the Bluetooth issues with Verizon and the V710. I came with the Claim form, the Claim Filing instructions and the class action notice.

The claim form gives three options for claim relief:
  1. Receive a 25$ bill credit OR
  2. Cancel VZW services without an ETF and returning the V710 for a refund up to the purchase price OR
  3. Return the V710 for a refund up to the purchase price of a new phone and keep VZW services.
I chose the last option. I don't want to cancel service, but a new phone would be nice. Lots of legalese in this paperwork as expected. It will be interesting to see what happens from here...

I got a notice as well.
My contracts up...I'm currently on the VZW employee plan thru Radioshack. As most everyone knows, Radioshack is going to start carrying Cingular. I'm tempted to use the "terminate my contract & give me a refund on my phone (hoping it'll be the $299 I paid for it...I got a copy of the original receipt) options" & going w/Cingular since i'm sure that my employee contract's going to be terminated the 1st of the year anyhow.
If I knew, however, that Cingular would offer Radioshack employees, I'd switch over...otherwise I guess I'd just see what VZW would offer to keep me. I've been happy w/their service & am unsure of Cingulars...both service & cust support.

The V710 is a pretty cool phone, is anyone just flashing & flexing it (maybe a seem edit here & there) to remove the restrictions? That's what I'd do if I had Verizon service. but then I love my Motorola phones.
