So, I know the Moto Q doesn't support MMS, but everyone else seems to get the messages telling them to go to a link and type in a code and so on so they can see the picture.
I don't seem to get these messages so I have no idea when I receive a picture message.
Any idea why this is happening?

I suppose it's possible that the messaging package you're set up on only supports SMS, not MMS so it won't even receive the messages. I'm not all that familiar with USCC's packages so you'd need to check with them.

If you have a plan that supports MMS, it may simply be something in the switch (computer that controls the network) that isn't set up correctly for you to receive the messages.

If text messaging is blocked, you won't get those messages. I would definitely suggest calling and having that checked.
