International Texting

I was wondering, I have unlimited texting from US Cellular, but I have a friend who recently moved to AU. I was wondering the charges that it would be.

All incoming text messages are FREE. Out going messages are just 20¢ per message. For an even better value, purchase a monthly Text Messaging package.

if you have a package it may be different but i cant see the rate plans bc i dont know a zip code that they service to see their rate plans

but TBH thats a great deal

International texts count the same as any other text. However, some international carriers we only have 1.5-way agreements with. In those cases, you can send to them, they can reply, but they can't initiate to you. They can, however, work around that by save one of your texts in their inbox, then just reply to that whenever they want to start the conversation. Here's the link to see which carriers you'll be able to text with, and which ones are full (2-way), and which are 1.5-way:

It looks like we have 1.5-way agreements with all (or nearly all) of the Aussie carriers.

You don't need a zip code. Just below the zip code box is a link that let's you pick a city and state.
