what does it mean i'm eligible for new phone? thay said i can get a new phone at little or no cost can i get a moto krzr?And my contract is almost over i they trying to make me sign a new contract by giving me phones??

Yes you will be able to get whichever phone your service provider cells, if they sell the krzr then yes, if not then no. This is only in reference to what phones they sell and if you wish to end your contract with them then don't get a new phone with them.

(Going with the assumtion that you're talking about US Cellular) They allow you to renew your contract every 20 months (or every 18 months in the Chicago market) to get a new phone, at the subsized price... meaning you wouldn't pay 400 bucks for a KRZR. You'd pay the in-store price with a 2-yr agreement. Also, you wouldn't be required to change your price plan... even if you're on one of the OLDDD $25 dollar plans. The phone might cost a little more in store if you're on an older plan, but they don't force you to change your price plan if you don't want too.

I believe that if you're on one of the old grandfathered in plans, then the phone will be either $50 or $70 more if you want to keep that plan.
