Default New Maps and Plans for US Cellular!

US Cellular no longer offers Local plans (they got rid of Regional plans in 05)
They finally have a national footprint plan called Wide Area
This gives you the ability to use the US Cellular network anywhere in the US without roaming.
This also give you the ability to use all features like Mobile to Mobile, CALL ME Minutes anywhere US Cellular has wireless service (before extra features usually would only work in your own region)
Easy Edge works on all US Cellular's network plus Verizon and ACS Wireless
All Wide Area plans 39.99 and higher they give 30 minutes to roam on any network in the US. If you need more roaming airtime then you can go to a national plan.

I think This will be make or break for US Cellular, but making your company more national with coverage always helps

That is nice, but I don't think it makes one bit of difference, at least in New England. Sure a couple of people will go to Chicago once in a while, but thats about it.

I guess in the adjacent markets this is more of a big deal.
