Is your Bluetooth powered on? Your friends are able to locate your handset when their RAZRs are scanning for devices, is that correct? If not, you only have to go to Connection>Bluetooth Link>Setup and set the Power setting to ON.

Are all the RAZRs with the same provider? If not, there could be something with the firmware of your phone preventing the transfer of files to your phone.

If you and you friends all have the same provider, your handset's firmware may be corrupt which should be able to be fixed by reflashing the phone with your provider's firmware. This can be done at a corporate sales office, usually.

If the firmware reflash does not help with the problem, you may want to have the phone sent in for warranty repair so the Bluetooth module can be checked. It could just be a bad Bluetooth module.

Also, if you have insurance, you can have it replaced that way. However, there is usually a dedectible for insurance repalcements, depending on your plan.

Don't forget that we are talking about a V3c. CDMA carriers love to cripple their bluetooth. If your carrier is Verizon then all your bluetooth is good for is a wireless headset. They like to charge you to get media on your phone. I hear this has been corrected on the absolute newest phones, but chances are there's nothing worng with the phone, its the carrier.
