Welcome, new members! This site is a great resource and can help you immensely. If you don't understand something, just ask. There are tons of friendly members here with lots of experience in the wireless industry to help you. You will receive a prompt, friendly response to your question. Remember, we were all newbies at some point, there is no such thing as a stupid question. Also, you can use the search feature to try and find answers to your questions. I've worked in the wireless industry for almost three years and I still find the wireless glossory useful every day. This is an outstanding site and you'll be glad you came. Again, welcome!

I would like to welcome any & all new members to WA.

I have learned alot here and there are very valuable and informed people that have taught me alot of good information about wireless services & how it works, it's tough keeping up with the new technology.

I do not work in the wireless industry & this is just a hobby to me & hope to help people out just as others have done for me.

Again, Welcome to WA & don't be afraid to ask questions

Hey all,

I've been re-born. I am formerly the person w/ my lastname as my username. I realized that its not a good thing to have your lastname on a public forum.

I figured this was worthy of an re-introduction of sorts, so hey all!!!

Welcome! As to Verizon or MetroPCS...well, unless things have changed, I have heard it is best to avoid MetroPCS alltogether.

As for which phone is best...that really depends on what you want. DO you only care about reception? Do you "need" to have a camera? Etc...

I am looking for anywhere that does a comprehensive mobile phone repair course. Which includes repairs to all makes of phones, and use of all re-flashing and unlock tecniques. Preferably in the North West area, as I live 12 miles from Chester. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be very much obliged.
