Hello, I am a new member with a question already. I have Motorola phone tools. I used to be able to sync my contacts. I do not do this automatically because my phone is different than my contacts on my computer. When I try to bring up the screens now for my contacts it locks my computer up. any suggestions?

Hello, I joined this site because i've been learning on how to open my own wireless store. I'm currently a manager for an T-Mobile exclusive dealer store. Now i'm still not completely sure of where to start so i'm still in need of help. I plan on becoming something with T-Mobile (sub-dealer,authorized dealer, exclusive dealer, master dealr,etc.). If anyone can help me, that'd be great. Thanks |

Doin' just fine this Halloween evening... Was wondering if you could point me in the right direction with Verizon wireless. I live within 1.5 miles of (2) Verizon cell towers; however, I cannot get more than 1-2 bars. I have a trouble ticket open with them and they told me they are going to send out a tech this week to see what is blocking the signals. My cell signal booster cannot even get enough to boost the signal. You would think I live in a canyon or something but I live in a flat part of town, go figure... Any hints at what to do or say to them? -jb |

Hello, this looks like a place I could find an answer to my problem. I need to be able to use my Laptop in my Boy Scout meetings to connect to our Blog on AOL and make changes on it during a meeting. (no Wifi available in the area) and would love to have use of it in other remote areas for other reasons as well. Trying to do this as cheaply as possible, I saw where I could use my phone(E815 Motorola) as a modem, and connect for a 25.00 charge a month for the service. So I went down to my Alltel store, Picked up their Axcess Software and cable(69.99, so much for cheap), went home, installed it on my new laptop, my laptop crashed, in looking back, I saw where it was for Windows XP and didn't say anything about Vista, even though I asked my salesperson about that in the beginning. Got the software uninstalled, my laptop fixed, Took the software and cable back, they said it won't work on Vista, nor do they offer software that does. I looked on the internet, I find Motorola Phone tools and cable for 16.99, The ad stated it worked for most carriers except Verizon, so I bought it, got it installed, all seems well, just have to get connected to Alltel now. Went to an Independant Alltel Sales counter(At a Kiosk at the Mall, the Main Alltel store was closed for the day) He had no idea what I was talking about. So does anyone know if I can get this software connected to the Alltel Service or not? Thanks in advance for any help you can give! Bob |
