Well I finally ordered and rec'd my new device. I'll admit that I stretched my own rules a little bit. I got a BB Curve 8310 on AT&T. Looks great so far!

The only 3G BB's are on CDMA, nothing for GSM yet, hence the excitement over the 8xxx that was leaked this week by The Boy Genius!

No wonder the BB's are on sale for $99 then. Seems like they are way behind everyone else. I pretty much consider 3G a must-have on any PDA or smartphone now. That's why Apple has been ragged on a lot lately, because their phone is not 3G. I wonder why nobody is ragging on Blackberry? They must be loosing market share because of this. As BB users qualify for upgrades a portion of them have to be moving to 3G devices from other makers.
