Well... I was going to save my 5,000th post for a pic of me in my WA t-shirt but it hasn't arrived yet and I can't take reading the forums and not posting so I've broken my silence.

Stupid USPS... their Pony Express rider needs to get my shirt here already!

I got mine this morning, but I think it really arrived on Saturday.

I made an unplanned, impromtu trip to Salt Lake City, UT to help a friend out on Saturday and returned home last night.

BTW, the shirt is a beaut...

It was awesome, but way too short. My buddy lives in Layton and has been looking for a Beemer for some time, but Murray BMW didn't work out. He found what he was looking for at a dealership in Newport Beach, CA. So he came out to CA and I took him to Newport Beach, he bought the car, and I made a last minute decision to travel back with him. He liked the idea of having company for the 11 hour ride. So before I knew it I was in Utah!!

I'm glad I did it. It was nice to see Salt Lake again. I'll probably head out to visit him again in November.

If only I had the time while I was there. The whole weekend was a whirlwind experience, but I had a great time and now I have my WA shirt too!!!

Wow!!! I was in Newport Beach on Saturady to introduce my Kids to Corona Del Mar Beach!!! We went there before heading home. On the way home, I saw the sign for Yucaipa, & I thought of you, lbMike!!!

Talk about coincidence!!!
