Default Password Question

Well, I tried to post just a second ago, but I had a banned word (actually, the word itself wasn't banned, but a cluster of letters inside the word were banned), then when I went back to try to fix it, and tried to re-post, it said I couldn't double post. New here and already confused!

Anyway, my question was, is there a way to change our passwords? There is no way that I will remember the one issued to me, and I wasn't sure if going into profile, if I could change it there, or if I would just mess something up.

Look forward to meeting all you good folks!

Robin

Default Password Question

Welcome to WA!

Good news, you can change your password.

Click on profile, then one of the first few choices at the top of the page there are "password" and "confirm password" boxes, just type what you would like your new password to be in here. When you're done with that, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "update profile" button. Problem solved!

BTW, Marietta, GA huh? I used to live there, but now I live in Fulton county...

Default Password Question

Thanks for your help! I thought that I might be able to do it that way, but was unsure, since when I registered, I initially chose a password and the registration looked the same as my profile and it had changed. I didn't want to mess anything up!

Yep, live in Marietta and work in Alpharetta. Small world isn't it? Thanks for the welcome!
