LOL. My Mom's side of the family's been here longer than that! Members of my Mom's family were part of the original Massachusetts bay colony. I'm 13th generation American on my Mother's side. Second on my Father's.

Mom's family originated in Switzerland in the 1400's, progressed to France, then England. From England some members of the family were part of the original Massachusetts colony. My Dad's parents were from Lithuania & Poland so I guess I fall in the mutt category as well.

Ok, I was kindly talked into it. I found a photo from this summer, showing a bit more tan (some would say 'burn') then I normally have. And of course, flyfishing in upstate NY. Good to see what some of you young guys and girls look like.

Thanks Erik! I was looking around that thread in the old forums and most of the pics aren't there anymore, and the ones hosted on different servers don't work anymore.

Jay, I never resisted the thread, I resisted posting my picture and now that I see it was almost painless to do so and how neat it is to be able to put a face to all the people I interface with on a daily basis, I just don't want the thread going by the wayside and would like to see lots more pictures posted instead.

Makes sense???
