Hi I'm Vmtz. Worked in wireless for 6 mos. for an indirect dealer in So. Ca. I'm going to sign up as an independent dealer under my Sprint master dealer, working out of my house B to B. Look forward to getting input from everybody.

Hello All.

I've been searching the Internet for some help and tools necessary to fully use my phone. I'm not sure if the tools exist or not. This is why I could use a little help.

I have the Motorola W315. It has a color display and I'm wanting to use a few of my pictures for the background. My service provider is Cricket. They're not the best but unlimited calling and texting for $55.00 a month, I can't complain.

I have the Motorola Software updater, P2KSeem and the Motorola Phone Tool programs. The Multimedia link is grayed out and not usable. I'm not sure if it will ever work. That is why I'm here.

Somebody, anybody, Please point me in the right direction.

Thanks

jonr1138, Welcome to Wireless Advisor first of all. Definitely post your question again in the Motorola forum. That way you can get answers to your question since I know there are a number of "Motorolans" on this site who can help with your situation.

Hello & Welcome to WA Sananth.

How about posting your question in the Sprint Forum or the BB? You will get more responses that way.

Hello! Glad to be here!

I need some EVDO advice: I live out in the country south of Knoxville, and my cellphone voice signal strength is OK but there's no Internet cable out here so I got a Verizon Wireless aircard and I'm currently logging in to the Internet with a signal strength of two bars (maximum).

I have bought -- but have not yet installed -- a 60 dB gain Dual Band (824-894 / 1850-1990 MHz)wireless cell booster (Model #4KSBR-50U) from Digital Antenna, and I'm wondering if this is what I need to *appreciably* improve my data signal. If the consensus is that it won't do me much good I'll return it and get most of my $940 back.

These are the Verizon Wireless stats in my geographic area (ZIP 37865):
SYSTEM: 850 MHz, 1900 MHz, 1.7/2.1 GHz (future), 700 MHz (future)
TECHNOLOGY: CDMA, CDMA2000 1xEV-D

So, whaddaya think

Just a quick hello. Have had a wireless card for a few days. Not so great yet but working on idea of external antenna to boost signal. Had dial up way to long. Live rurally in NH and hoping this will be solution.
