Usually you have to email them to let them know you didn't sign up for the ringtones & want to be removed. As for getting a refund, it took me close to 6 months of constant emails & finally threatening them to report them & join a class action suit that was starting to take place. Hope this helps & with more information, people can help you even more. | |

Hello everyone! I just purchased a razr v3m, and downloaded bitpim ... its working fairly okay, but I can only access my pix and cannot write back into the phone, the contact list works just great!, the music sync (wndows media player 10) is also working really good, now when we come to the ringtones....well .. nothing happens, I downloaded the latest version of bitpim, and the razr V3M is not featured in the phone list, hmmmm.... well..thank you Wireless Advisor for all the good info. Hi Again Its The Newbie Here!!! I Was Just Wondering, I Have A Samsung D600 And In My Message Setting I Cant Seem To Be Able To Save The Txt Messages That I Write. It Will Save All The Picture Messages And The Txt That I Write Along With Them, But When It Comes To Writting A Simple Sms Txt Message It Does Not Save Them, I Have Tried ( I Think) All Possibilities So Is There Some1 Out There That Knows What To Do???
