Hi, I have been a cell phone user for at least 15 years and just now realized that we have the ability to switch out handsets online - without going into our provider's store! I have several questions on "how" to do this... so would appreciate it if anyone can share with me their experience with this etc. Thanks. |

Hello & Welcome dhughes1. We will need to know more information, like who your provider is etc. I would recommend posting in forum that is dedicated to your provider (AT&T, Verizon etc.). If you have specific questions that will be even better if you post them. Hope you get your answers soon. Enjoy your stay.
