Hello...thats out of the way now Is there a minimum post requirement before PM's function? I've recently begun the switch from VZW, as a 22 year customer, to Sprint and the discount plan interested me. However, I've sent 2 PM's and none have shown in the outbox nor did I see any indication I was unable to send the PM's. Any help is appreciated. |

There is no minimum post requirement for sending/receving PMs. Go into your User CP > Edit options", under Private Messaging see if the last option (save copy in sent folder) is checked. If you want to, send me a test E-mail and I will verify receipt. Hope this helps.

There is no minimum post limit to access PM's. But there is an option in the User Control Panel [User CP > Edit Options (under the Settings and Options sub-heading)] where you can check a box that will save sent message in the "Sent Items" folder. Also, the member who is offering discounts on Sprint plans (dw1) will eventually respon, as he is busy, so don't worry if you don't receive a reply right away. As long as you sent him a PM, you're fine.

Thanks all Of the other 8 billion forums i've frequented I forgot about the option to auto-save a sent copy. It has been duly changed. Thanks for the assistance! |
