I know the t-mobile coverage check site has changed but the coverage for the litchfield area (Torrington/Harwinton) seems better? Also any updates on 3G?

Doesn't look any different on the actual coverage map I am using at work right now and 3g is about 80 miles east so probably not anytime soon

I went through Torrington, CT about 2 weeks ago. Coverage hasnt changed and is still spotty throughout the area. AT&T hasn't gotten 3G into this area yet, so it will probably be a while.

T-Mobileman, do you still have access to the older "bar" maps at work?

thanks for the info -- 3G aside any one know if they will increase coverage in the area? I really want to dump my ATT account to save some money. Sprint has great coverage and is about as low priced. But I really want a G1; the Instinct is only so so from what I have read.
