Sorry For The Caps But I'm Really Excited. I Was Hired Right On The Spot With An Only T-mobile Authorized Dealer! I Start Tomorrow At 5 P.m.! I Wanted To Know If You Guys Could Give Me A Crash Course In Policies And Stuff. I Appreciate It!

Thanks Andy. My first day started a bit shaky, but it was my first day. I did manage to do 2 upgrades and almost 1 new activation. Today I go train at another store. I think maybe after today i'll get the hang of it completely. |

Have you heard about the policy of giving free stuff to moderators with TM accounts? Good luck with your new job!

What new phones are you guys getting over there? Does the selection at an authorized dealer to tend differ greatly from a T-Mobile USA Corp. Store?

Actually no, we have every phone that a corp store has. The people that own it own 7 locations total throughout El Paso. They've got some awards from T-Mobile for selling the most, etc. It's funny because one of the main guys that works there has Nextel, and then I have Cingular. I feel like a hypocrite because I don't have T-Mobile. It's okay though, I like my Cingular LOL. Quote:

Thanks to all, I haven't been on at all, my inbox has about 30 new e-mails LOL, that never happens. I'm at school by 6:40 a.m. and from school I go straight to work until 9 p.m. then get home at 9:30. It's a little hard, but I love my job. I did my first new activation today! I've done like 4 renewals. |

Etorres, what are the most popular models being sold at your store? Is the 6230 going as fast as here in Germany?

Probably the free phones, Nokia 6010 and Samsung c225. And the Motorola v300. I don't think we have the 6230 at our stores. Quote:
