Hello all....I am a first time poster here and really could use your help. A few months ago I switched from Verizon to Tmobile since the plans were so much cheaper. I kept my Verizon number and ported it over to Tmobile. All of my outgoing calls and texts have been fine...My biggest problem has been incoming calls. More specifically incoming calls from Sprint users. Everyone at my work has a Sprint phone so numerous people have used sprint phones to try and call me. Whenever someone with a Sprint phone calls me they get a message saying "Verizon wireless cannot complete the call""...That is correct the message says verizon wirless....I have called tmobile numerous times and they never have a response. Can anyone help....Numerous people use sprint and I cannot reveive calls from them with my tmobile phone

That's similar to this thread (Can't get calls from Sprint customers), but with the players in different positions. You'll have to use T-Mobile support's second tier (or higher) to get assistance from VZW (you aren't their customer anymore), and they might need to bring in Sprint too. COtech

Ive had this happen twice and i always had to call the previous provider to get it fixed. In your case a call to verizon should fix it.
