Question Just relocated and no tmo service in Greensboro, NC

Is this legal grounds to cancel my account w/o penalty? I want a local number, they can't give one.

Most carriers will let you out if you move to an area where they don't have a native network. Call 611 and find out if they will let you out.

T-Mobile has owned SunCom for awhile. In 2-3 weeks they will be launching their service in all SunCom stores in North and South Carolina. So hold on, they're coming!

It's not legal grounds, but as a courtesy if you fax in proof of residence tmobile may let you out of the contract and the suncom thing is true but if you can't wait until then call cust care 1-800-937-8997 and they cango over some options with you.
