10-digits@tmomail.net e.g. 3115552368@tmomail.net unless the person who you're calling has an alias.

The email address to send to T-Mobile phones is 10-digits@tmomail.net. The only way this is not the email address is if the receiver's email address has been aliased to something different other than 10-digits@tmomail.net. I disabled 206354XXXX@tmomail.net because I was getting email spam and I changed my phone's email to an "alias." Something else to consider too is that if the person who you're sending to has never sent a multimedia message (MMS) before the system may not know what to do with this. Sending an MMS often tells the system that you can receive MMS.
